On Novemeber 15, 2009 Samrainsy party had celebrated Samrainsy party Youth Congress at Samrainsy party head office in Phnom Penh. This Congress was joined by Vice president of Samrainsy party Kong Kam, General Secretary Ke Sovannroth, all parliamentary members of Samrainsy party, and other top leaders. 
Samrainsy party youth congress focused on election to choose 10 members of executive committee to lead Samrainsy party youth for winning on election 2012 and 2013.
Top youth leaders in each provinces and city were allowed to state speech to express their idea and vision.There were nearly 500 youths from every district of 15 provinces and city joined this congress.
